SpeakerSHIP at Sea is a curated, full-day leadership and communication experience designed for a small group of leaders who want to sharpen how they think, speak, and show up. Set aboard a 42-foot Grand Banks yacht, this immersive workshop blends guided instruction, experiential reflection, and live storytelling coaching in an environment that naturally strips away distraction and invites clarity.

We cast off, settle in, and set the tone. You’ll be introduced to the core SpeakerSHIP concepts and metaphors that guide the day, while the environment begins doing its quiet work.
Anchor + Deep Work Session
Once anchored, we dive into a focused 90-minute workshop designed to help you clarify your message, define the impact you want to make, and understand how your communication shapes perception.
Lunch + Reflection Underway
We cruise to a lunch spot and slow things down. This is where insights settle, conversations deepen, and ideas connect. Light reflection prompts guide the experience without over-structuring it.
Storytelling Lab (Return Leg)
As we head back, each participant shares a short story or message they’re working on. Live coaching and group feedback help refine clarity, tone, and delivery in real time.
Dockside Debrief
We wrap with a relaxed debrief, next steps, and a final moment to connect before stepping back on land.
